James Comey’s Deputy FBI Director just abruptly resigned after attacks from Trump and Republicans

- Januari 29, 2018

Andrew McCabe, the deputy director of the FBI and one of President Trump’s favorite boogeymen, has announced that he will be stepping down from his post two months early.

Slated to leave the Bureau in March for a retirement that was announced long ago, McCabe’s abrupt departure is sure to raise eyebrows around Washington, especially in the offices of one Robert Mueller and his team of investigators.

McCabe has been the subject of much controversy in recent months as the President and his army of slobbering sycophants seized on McCabe’s close relationship with fired FBI Director James Comey as somehow being evidence of “bias” in the FBI investigation into the Trump team’s secret communications with agents of the Russian Federation.

This resignation coming so soon on the heels of reports that Trump ally Attorney General Jeff Sessions was pressuring McCabe to walk, that President Trump himself had demanded loyalty from McCabe and asked him who he voted for, and that Trump wanted him out are bound to raise a new host of questions from Special Counsel Mueller’s office – questions that McCabe is suddenly in a great position to answer.
